Cucina 39, loosely translated as "Italian Kitchen," was so named because of Chef Keaton's intense passion for Italian culture and cooking. Thirty-nine represents Italy's international calling code. By dialing "011 + 39" a caller is granted access to Italy. But how do Americans obtain access to the delicious, authentic taste of Italy without traveling across the ocean? Anxious to fulfill his dream and provide an answer to this burning question, Chef Keaton decided he would be the one to create pastas and sauces locally that incorporated ingredients and techniques that were representative of true Italian cuisine. Thus was born, Cucina 39 — a unique blend of one man's passion for perfection, the finest ingredients and Italian inspiration.
